Food
- I try to follow a paleo-type diet, except for during breakfast. For breakfast I eat fruit with either whole wheat waffles, homemade whole wheat pancakes, kashi cereal, or oatmeal. For lunch and dinner, I eat vegetables, meat, seafood, or sometimes whole wheat pasta. I hardly ever drink milk or eat cheese.
Exercise
- I’m not big on exercise at the moment, but I try to go every other day. Usually, I go on a five minute run and then do some jumping jacks and strength exercises.
